PPC Improves Keyword Targeting

by Carter Thomas

It seems that Google finally smartened up with their PPC keyword targeting by adding modifiers to search terms so that you actually get exact matches and not all the permutations that hurt conversion rates. What a novel concept. This is designed to make the funnel between broad match and exact match more controlled and give the person who is managing your AdSense account more flexibility when making you millions of dollars. I still feels Organic is far better & cost effective than PPC. With organic, your return on investment will continue to pay itself back over the long term much more whereas PPC requires spending a fair amount of money up front to determine how much you can actually produce from it. That’s a hard game to win.

I agree. For me, sales conversions is almost double in Organic marketing than PPC. Being in the top spot in organic actually continues to supply leads and revenue without draining my budget like paid search.
